The car was apparently having some transmission problems. Graves ended up switching cars with the last officer on beat while her car was repaired.With an aura of authority, Graves watched as the Scottsville Fire Department took care of victims in a mock accident. He spends about 5 hours a night walking the streets and checking all the local merchant’s doors to make sure everything is secure.Officer J. This was a simple “fender bender” – no tickets were issued. Nearly all of Graves’ calls consist of 45’s but she says that every now and then something big does occur.As persons enter the Scottsville City Limits via KY 231 (also known as the Bowling Green Road by the locals) they are greeted with the campus of the local High School and a sign telling the visitors that they are a friendly city.
