Spirit is the key

by John Stewart
Susan Lee of Bow Ridge just outside of Burkesville.

Susan Lee’s day began early when she rose at 5:30 with the rest of the family.

They lived outside of Burkesville in Bow Ridge. Her father was a mechanic and her mother worked in the sewing factory in town.

Susan spent her free time at school chatting with friends, and at night she went cruising around the square.

In between, she practiced cheerleading and cheering for the basketball team.
