Pruitt is an admitted overachiever as president of Kentucky 4-H and a top student at his school. "My ultimate goal would be U.S. senator," said Pruitt of Madisonville. "President...I don't know. If I was I would be the first one from Kentucky since Illinois is trying to steal Abe Lincoln from us."

Josh Pruitt, a 17 year old senior at Madisonville North Hopkins High School, is president of Kentucky 4-H in addition to being active in Future Farmers of America, Kentucky Farm Bureau and the Pennyrile Church of Christ.
