Dudley Darnell holds his 6-month-old grandson, Jaylen Ballard, at Phyllis' Corner Cafe. Jaylen's grandmother, Phyllis, owns the cafe.
Joan Swanson and Dudley Darnell process and package a steer for a customer. After the animal is slaughtered, it sits in the cooler from 10 to 14 days before it is processed.
