Abe Lincoln Impersonator

by Nathan Morgan
Jim Sayre, 69, an Abraham Lincoln look-alike, sits in the office of his Lawrenceburg home, where portraits of the nation's 16th president and his speeches dot the walls alongside awards Sayre has won for personifying him.
JIm Sayre will have been married to his wife Mary for half a century in June. At most of his speaking engagements, Mary comes along, although sometimes the schedule is too demanding for them both.
Unfortunately there is no info with this photo.
After serving during the cold war in Ethiopia, Sayre takes pride in raising the colors everyday.
"It's just a house," owner Belinda Green says of the Lawrenceburg home in which she has invested much time and much money -- more than $600,000. Construction on the house started in 1885 with a 150-member crew, and it was completed three years later.
