Since she broke her right collar bone about five weeks ago, Jo Catherine Spalding has been in severe pain. She said she dislikes taking pain killers, but sometimes she has to.

Jo Catherine Spalding tells Barbara Hughes good-bye on Friday morning. Hughes comes on Mondays and Fridays to bathe Spalding. Hughes works with the Caritas Home Health and has worked in home health care for 13 years. "This is a rewarding job," Hughes said, "Because you're helping people and cheering them up."
